Your data is primarily processed in Brazil. Where transfers outside Brazil/EEA occur (e.g., to hosting or email providers), we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful mechanisms under LGPD Art. 33 and GDPR Chapter V.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

- Categories collected in last 12 months: Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), commercial information (orders), internet activity (usage data), and inferences drawn from the above.

- Analytics logs: 14–26 months (aggregated thereafter)
Data is then deleted or anonymized securely.
10. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege, backups, and periodic review. No method is 100% secure; promptly notify us of any suspected incident at tetodistribuidoraltda@ourltd.com.
11. Children’s Data
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.
